All classes are 1.5 hours, and run weekly on the designated day according to the age group and location.

All supplies are included as well as a visual journal that is given to each child on their first day. All supplies and projects are stored at the studio in their assigned bins with their name on it. All finished projects can go home, or remain on display for 30 days.

Yes, as long as the other class is not at a capacity limit we are able to make an adjustment and move the time slots. Notifying the instructor is necessary

Yes, the program is drop off and there is an intake form to be filled out upon first class. Each child’s intake form in filed into the binder and is in Alphabetical order by first name. We will also require all parents or guardians to be on the intake form, as NO other person may pick up the child without making arrangements with the instructor.

Every child must be signed in and out each class no exceptions. The doors to the studio remain locked during class hours to prevent people from dropping in unannounced.

Each month is a new medium, and even when we rotate back to a medium we learn new skills and techniques and apply them to different projects

Classes run on a monthly basis four times a month. If a child is away sick, they will miss that class and there is no reimbursement for the missed class.

If you purchased a 6 month membership, and a vacation may interfere with a month, please let us know and we can make arrangements to compensate the missed time if it will be 4 or more classes.
